Brendan Byrum

Nickname: Dirty Little Mudgrub

Team Name: THE BIG SQUEEZE

Known for: Skipping college, conspiracy theories, impending global chaos

Brendan was part of the first group of expansion teams in 2015 when the League grew from 8 teams to 12 and has seen some real success in his 4 years as owner. in Brendan's first year in 2015 his team finished 3rd overall just missing the QAuter Bowl by losing in the semi-final game. 2016 was a much different story with Brendan finishing the season with an abysmal 3-11 thanks to a horrible draft. in 2017 Brendan made a slight comeback to get out of the cellar of the League, he finished the year at 7-7 missing the playoffs by 1 game. 2018 was the year that Brendan exploded on the scene with a 8-5 record good enough to get the 5 seed in the playoffs. in Round 1 Brendan took down Paul 125-54 to advance to play the 1 seed Trey. Brendan had no trouble against Trey thanks to a fast start that propelled him to a 126-73 victory that put him in his first ever QAuter Bowl. the magic carpet ride would end there as red hot Conor Lamb would dispose of Brendan by the start of Sunday Night Football on December 23. Brendan has a lot to look forward to as 2019 come around.

The Squeeze returned 2019 looking to build on his QAuter Bowl loss in 2018. in the week 1 QAuter Bowl V rematch against Conor, Brendan just fell short to start the season 0-1 after the loss Brendans squad began to get hot. after the week 1 loss brendan would go on to win 7 in a row to move to 7-1 to start the year. Brendan would end the regular season with a 11-2 record and the #1 seed in the FFL Playoffs. Brendan's cake walk through the regular season continued through the playoffs. in the Divisional Round of the playoffs Brendan took on the #5 seed Kyle in a game that was never really close. Brendan would go on to win 153-102. In QAuter Bowl VI Brendan would face Clark a team that had gotten hot at the right time. although the game started off close Brendan would pull away during the later games and win the QAuter Bowl. Brendan became the 6th owner in league history to win the QAuter Bowl. the Squeeze's 2019 was the most dominate performance by a team in league history and will go down as one of the best the league has ever seen. Brendan hopes he can get back to the QAuter Bowl for a record 3rd straight year and be the first owner to 2 Rings.
