A founding Member Dolan has seen his share of Mountain tops and Valleys but has been a tough game every year his been in the League. In 2014 Dolan got off to a slow start and with only 4 teams making the playoffs in 2014 Dolan missed them by 1 game. Dolan was determined going into 2015 to make the playoffs and make a run at a ring, his season was cut short in the pre-season when Pro Bowl WR Jordy Nelson Tore his ACL. Dolan would not be able to recover and ended his season at 5-9. finally Dolan was able to break through in 2016 with a 10-4 regular season record Dolan was able to stay hot all the way to QAuter Bowl III  where he would go on to beat LT. Dolan was able to bring over his success from 2016 to 2017 ending with a 9-5 record but he would fall in the first round. 2018 saw Dolan take a step back 5-8 and a missed playoff appearance for the first time since 2015. Fans hope to see the Dolan of old to return in 2019.

Dolan had a up and down 2019 while wining some huge games vs much better teams then dropping a few game against inferior teams. Dolan would finish the season 6-7 and only a game out of the playoffs. Dolan was looking like a playoff team going into the final 3 games of the season only needed 2 wins to clinch a spot and 1 win to feel pretty good about his chances, yet he went 0-3 in his final 3 games to finish under .500 and outside of the playoffs by 1 game. 2019 did not go the way Dolan wanted but 2020 is a new year and a chance to finish what he started last year.
