QAuter FFL League Rules

• (1.) Franchises can not be sold or given to outside parties. If a member wishes to leave the league a meeting with the commissioner will be necessary. If you attempt to sell or give your team to an outside party you will face severe beatings from league members. 

 

• (2.) All owners must pay the league fee of $20 by week 17 in the NFL season. A loss of a draft pick will result for members that fail to pay.

 

• (3.) An owner who fails to pay a given fine of any sum four weeks after the fine is administered will have to pay an additional $2 each extra passing day.

 

• (4.) Teams logos may not contain sexually explicit or pornographic imaging and team names that contain homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, or racist language, given without context or having no comedic value are prohibited. Failure to comply with orders to change team logo or name will result in the loss of a draft pick.

• (5.) The use of profanity or hate speech within the ESPN smack board is not tolerated. Violations will result in a penalty deemed acceptable by the league commissioner. There are no limitations on speech within the independent QAuter FFL group chat.

 

• (6.) One week trades as well as any trades involving player loans or rents, including for bench spots, are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in loss of a draft pick.

• (7.) Any amendments to this rulebook proposed by a league member will require a majority of 75% to pass into law.

​

• (8.) Receiving and acting upon information about another teams draft strategy, without their consent, will result in the immediate loss of a draft pick and a fine.

​

• (9.) One can not trade draft picks or players for money. Doing so will result in the loss of draft picks and an individual fine to both parties involved to the sum of the money associated.

​

• (10.) For a trade to be overturned, a veto vote with a simple majority of 51% in favor of the veto will be required.
